What lease terms do you offer?
12 months can sometimes be too much of a commitment, so we offer flexible lease terms at a premium. Please contact the Leasing Office for the most up to date pricing.

How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid through credit, debit, or ACH payments made on our RentCafe portal.

How do I put in a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests are all put in through our RentCafe portal.

What are the Management Office hours?
We are in office Monday through Friday 9 – 5. While we may not be on site past those hours we are always available via phone or email.

How do I apply without a Social Security Number?
Please contact the Leasing Office and we can step you through the application process.

Is there nearby public transportation?
The 40th Street Market Frankford SEPTA subway station is located just two blocks away and is just two stops from the 30th Street Station and three stops from Center City.

Is there parking?
We have our own underground reserved parking that can be rented out. Street parking is also readily available around our building.

What are the hours of the fitness center?
Due to COVID-19 our fitness center is only open from 9 – 5 daily.

What are the hours of the lounge?
While the lounge can be accessed at any time we do ask that you respect the nearby neighbors and do not utilize the area from 10 pm – 8 am.

Do you have extra storage?
Additional storage lockers found in the parking garage that are available for rent. Please contact the Property Manager for pricing.

Where do my mail and packages go?
We have a mail room just off the front entrance with a Amazon HUB package locker. Simply register an account online and when your package is put in the locker you will receive an email to enter and retrieve your package.
